I completely changed my email on turbotax and Credit Karma To a total different email than Ive been using. Make sure they are spelled exactly the same on both sites. Make sure you verify your new email on each of these accounts. Also change your username on TurboTax to the same email making sure it's spelled exactly the same. Unlink your accounts on TurboTax. Also unlink your account on credit Karma. Log out of TurboTax then log back in. I just did this literally 5 minutes ago and it worked and I've been at this all night.
