After you file
After trying it on my phone, app and lap top... doing all of the tricks suggested and being on the phone with 5 different tax specialists added up to 8 hours, I just ended up filing for direct deposit.
They ended up saying it's a technical issue that the engineering department would have to deal with. They said there is no time line for when it would be fixed because they are busy so I gave up. They said if it's not working, filing another way is the best option unless you want to just wait it out for however long. Extremely frustrated with Turbotax this year.
