After you file

Finally I was able to submit mine. Thanks everyone for the tips and tricks. In my case my turbo and CK account already had the same email. I also didn't have to unlink account in CK My issue seemed to be with turbo tax. 

 

Made my way to Intuit site by clicking "Intuit account" within turbotax

Message on Intuit website it shows it doesn't match my email. I tried several times to update it but it would not allow.

So for instance my email is [PII removed] it wouldn't allow me to set my email as the username to match it up.

**BUT it allowed me to select [PII removed] and finally showed me it was updated successfully on Intuit site

 

After that I logged out intuit and went back to Turbo side to log in. As Soon as I did that it allowed me to view tax forms to confirm everything is correct and transmit return and it shows my refund advance prequalification on landing page after filing.

 

Seems a little different for everybody but it has to be in the username selected, so check to see if it shows it needs to match email on file.
