I need access to my 2019 tax return.

I logged into my account and the UI shows me that I have done my taxes with Turbotax for 2019. However, I cannot download the 2019 returns from the documents page. Clicking download for 2019 returns takes me to 2020 returns page instead, which I did not do with Turbotax. 

Help me get my 2019 returns!

If you do not see your 2019 tax return, it might be in a different TurboTax account. You can check to see if you have multiple accounts by following the steps in this help article: How many Intuit accounts do I have with TurboTax?

Following the above instructions, I cannot talk to a specialist through the online help chat no matter what question I ask.

I clearly filed my 2019 taxes with TurboTax online and cannot access my old returns. Seems like I'm just been heavily jerked around here. How is it so hard to get some actual help to access something I paid for?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

what was on line 18a of my 2019 tax return i got a letter from irs informing me  they said 379.00 on that line i that was incorrectplease help me

@queenkimmy1 No one else can see your tax return.   You have to access it for yourself and look at it yourself.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
