I filed my 2019 return with TurboTax. I even have emails with proof that I filed both the Federal and State with TurboTax. Can you assist with providing copies of both?

I already tried signing in with a different username.  This did not work.

I can view my 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, etc returns.  However 2019 is NOT showing.

Need copies of my Federal and State returns with TurboTax as soon as possible.  Can you assist?

Your tax return cannot be emailed to you.  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records.  That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

I did end up doing my TurboTax using the Windows application CD.  How can I upload it to TurboTax online so that this year's taxes references last year's information?

See this TurboTax support FAQ for transferring the 2019 tax data from your computer to the 2020 online tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/entering-importing/help/how-do-i-transfer-last-year-s-return-into-...
