No, what turbo tax tells me is what I was suppose to actually receive, but the irs only gave me a small portion of what I was suppose to get. I never received anything in the mail either about my tax stuff. Which is weird because I usually do get the stuff when it’s sent.

Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
No they didn't have my full amount what's going on didn't receive no emails on a letter

You will need to wait for the IRS to send you a letter which will have the changes the IRS made to the return which changed the refund. If you disagree with the IRS there will be a procedure in the letter to dispute the IRS changes.
The irs said they had sent me something but I haven’t received anything stating why.
In this public forum, we cannot diagnose why your refund has been reduced. For additional information, please see this TurboTax help article: Why is my refund direct-deposit or check lower than the amount in TurboTax?
I got less too. $3500 less than what I should have gotten back.

IRS has not personally said anything yet. I don't have back taxes nor do I owe child support or anything like that.
So did yall just steal our money or should we be expecting the rest of it within the year? How can your system be several hundred dollars off and yet you charge so much in "protection" fees? Kinda shady business practice isn't it? I also noticed that theres no option to opt out of the additional turbo tax features, again why is that? I obviously won't be doing my 2023 taxes with you.

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.
There is no such thing in the TurboTax offerings as a "protection" fee.
If you selected the Max benefits option it provides features as shown in this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/choosing-a-product/help/what-is-max/00/26700
You can opt out of any of the options in TurboTax you selected.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for removing fees - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/what-can-i-do-to-reduce-my-fees/01/26051
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Why am I not getting the full amount?
This happened last year as well and I never received a letter/ email/ text to explain the reason?
Is TurboTax Generating random digits to increase popularity?
You're transmitting false info if that's the case!
I need a contact number. I don't agree with sitting and waiting. I need a solid explanation and not a generic answer. I only received half of the promised amount. I payed for the Turbo Tax service at the time of completion so there should be 0 feeds deducted after and the fee is less than $200 not thousands.

This is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support. I'm sorry, but no one in this public Internet forum will know anything about your specific situation, but I can tell you how to make various contacts.
"I need a contact number."
It's not clear "whom" you need to contact first since we don't know your situation. So start with TurboTax Support, and they can question you in realtime.
Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week
FAQ: What is the TurboTax phone number?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number/00/25632
"I paid for the Turbo Tax service at the time of completion so there should be 0 fees deducted"
So you paid upfront with credit/debit card? If you did not pay any fees out of your Federal refund, and did not have a refund advance loan, then the Federal refund should not go through an intermediary bank. In that situation (no fees or loan to subtract), a refund deposit would go directly from the IRS to one's bank account (or card). In that case, if it was the IRS that reduced your refund, they should send you a letter in about 3 weeks explaining why and what recourse you have if you disagree. We can also tell you steps on how to phone the IRS, if desired, to try to reach a live IRS agent, which is not easy.
Before phoning the IRS, however, check this:
When you look at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool, does it say they are sending less than you expected?
If your Federal refund did go through an intermediary company called SBTPG, here's some contact info. First log into SBTPG's refund lookup tool to see what they show.
To log in, choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/
SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as mentioned above.
