Paid by Master Card by mistake, I thought I was ordering additional State filing form. I have not and will not be filing a return. Not enough income.

Assuming you paid for the California return and now realize you don't need to file this return, you can delete the Sate before e-filing your Federal using these steps:

Yes I thought it came with the packet, I do not want it. I was charge state 59.00. The packeted should have come with federal and state for 59.00.
@lajuangrant We cannot see your screen or your tax return, nor can we see what software you are using. If you are using online software there are two separate charges for federal and state. If you purchased the CD/download then it may have included the state software to prepare a state return, but there would still be a fee to e-file the state return.
When you say you purchased a "packet" what do you mean? Did you purchase the CD/download with a license code? If so, you may be using the wrong software.
We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end. You need to use the desktop software. One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar. Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen. Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.
If you are using online, you are using the wrong program. You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for. You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

Yes, already paid for it, cannot download the product. Need help!!! you guys make it easy to purchase and difficult find and download. You have too many tabs that take me right back to the beginning. It used to be easy to purchase and load, but not anymore! This will be my last year using turbotax, looking for a product that is as easy to download as it is to purchase!
