my wife and I file jointly and have filed jointly for 30+ years
as part of efile the program is asking for the AGI figure for each of us individually
our efile was rejected because the only AGI figure on last year's return does not match IRS record for my wife
seems to like my info just fine. what do I do because today is filing due date

Review the advice here: What if I entered the correct AGI and I’m still getting an e-file reject?
Mt tax returns have been rejected due to the AGI being incorrect. I have my 2019 ta returns and I have verified that the AGI is correct. What is causing this issue
ENTER 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2019 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.
When did you file 2019? If it was late in the year or you mailed it, try putting in 0 (zero) for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-ge...

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Reject Tax code IND-031-04
See answer above.

The 2019 AGI is the same for the both of you when filing as Married Filing Jointly on a 2019 tax return.
The 2019 AGI is located on the 2019 federal tax return, form 1040 Line 8b
If the 2019 AGI entered is correct then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.
Note - You may have to enter the 2019 AGI as zero for the both of you to get the e-filed 2020 tax return accepted by the IRS.
I also need to change the stimulus money I received on line 30 on form 1040-SR
I have also paid $140.00 to file my returns

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return where you can make changes before filing your tax return.
You have to complete the Other Tax Situations section before the stimulus questions will be asked in Federal Review.
Click on Federal on the left side of the online program screen.
