I am tyring to enter my license code.   Nothing shows in the box

I received a mailed diskette from which to install the product.  I have completed the install and update and want to start using the product,  It asks me for my license lumber which is printed inside the shipping sleve -

HSZX-P2LC-ZF7D-HLLQ.  I have entered it several times but it is rejected.

I bought CD/download 2022 turbotax.  I loaded to my old laptop computer.  I have one more new laptop, which does not have the CD drive.  I would like to download to that laptop.  It gave me error said that the code was already assigned.
