You have an email that we cannot see that has your rejection code or rejection message on it. What does it say?
bother state and federal are being rejected because the agi needs fixing. I checked it and don’t see any errors. Plus it won’t let me change it anyway.
My agi on federal form is wrong but it’s not. Plus I couldn’t change it anyway

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
I don’t know why for sure I’m being rejected but I think because I didn’t file my 2018 tax yet. They need the agi from my 2018 tax . I tried entering zero but still got rejected.
@bill13579 If zero is not working then you have to print, sign and mail your 2019 return. No other way.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
