Since you mentioned the Arizona "IRS" (I assume that means the Arizona Dept. of Revenue), it sounds like you may have gotten a letter from that state tax agency. TurboTax Support will help you with a state letter and what to do.
If you purchased Audit Defense, we can tell you how to contact the company that handles that (intuit.taxaudit.com) for help with a tax agency letter.
If you did not purchase Audit Defense, you can still get free help with your IRS letter from TurboTax free Audit Support Center. You can discuss your issue with the AZ credit carryover with them. You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
