I completed filling out my 2021 taxes on 1/25/2022. However, I owe both state and federal, so I have to mail them in with checks. However, I am unable to do so because Turbo Tax says "It looks like some of your tax forms aren't ready." It doesn't say which form, or forms. It is now mid-February, and I still have heard nothing. Meanwhile penalties and interest are accruing.
I paid $29 for the PLUS Help & Tools, but nowhere can I find a chat room or anywhere to get any information. Turbo Tax certainly didn't advertise they didn't have tax forms when they sold me this to fill out a short form tax filing.
Can you help me?

By "Federal ID" are you referring to a 6-digit IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN) for victims of ID theft (or for those who voluntarily opted-in to that program?) You said you were sent a 6-digit number by the IRS "last year." What did you mean by "last year"; i.e., when last year?? Does that mean an IP PIN from a year ago to use on last year's return, or did you mean you got an IRS letter in late December 2021 (or early January 2022) with a new IP PIN to use in this current calendar year?
We can tell you more, but we don't yet have a complete understanding of your situation. If you need your new IP PIN for this year and didn't get a letter from the IRS in late December/January, we can tell you how to retrieve it online.
But first, we need to understand more. TurboTax @EbonyA has requested that you provide the error code/message, so we can be sure what caused the rejection.

Also see VolvoGirl's comment below, where she said that typical pension income normally comes on a 1099-R, not a W-2. Did you enter a 1099-R in the wrong place? Please clarify which type of form you received.

Print out the 2020 and 2021 returns and compare the 2 returns line by line. When you notice something different on a particular line, then focus in on that topic to see if you can find out what is causing the discrepancy. Sometimes a user may have entered a typo, reversed some digits, inserted a comma in the wrong place, omitted a decimal point, etc. Stimulus payments (Economic Impact Payments) may also be a factor to consider when comparing 2020 and 2021 returns.
@GENO4208 A pension comes on a 1099R not a W2. If you entered it in the wrong place it may make a difference.
I bought the turbo tax delux disc and it keeps freezing up taking me about 10 to 15 minutes to complete one . I have reached out and tried to get help and nobody seems to help. One rep told me that it is a malfunction with the program. Well what am I suppose to do to complete my taxes by due date.
Please make sure the program is up to date and then do not run other programs or have open windows in your web browser at the same time.

When I try to enter my social security data, a blue ball/balloon pops up and I cannot enter a number. Sorry I can't figure out how to delete it. Help
This has been successful so let's see if this will help - Save your tax return. Close the TurboTax program.
Right click on the TurboTax 2021 icon on your computer screen.
Click on Run as Administrator
Start the TurboTax program and continue your tax return. See if the problem has been resolved.

In 2020 I took an IRA distribution. I was allowed because of COVID-19 to spread the tax over 3 years. How do I use my TurboTax to make the 2021 payment?
