I've been a client with turbo tax for years. And the IRS will not use the card that turbo tax gave me they rejected it and this is what it said.We scheduled your check to be mailed on April 24, 2020 to the address we have on file for you.why are they mailing it when I have a card on file everybody else is getting there money that deal with TurboTax by direct deposit.this is crazy

i also have a turbo card and im being told i need to put bank information but when i try it says there is an error and they cant help me. Wont be using the turbocard ever again.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am on disability, so I receive SSI and SSDI. I also have custody of my 16 year old grandson Cameron C. Cayton and have had since he was born on 3-19-04; Cameron has a very critical heart disease, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome which means he was born without the left side of his heart and has had 3 open heart surgeries already and all by the age of 2 yrs old. He is also on disability and has been since birth. I filled out the stimulus registration for him and I on Turbo Tax Intuit for us both, so i could get our payment by direct deposit (i provided my routing and checking account numbers) and it was rejected. Could you please explain to me why it was and what I need to do in order to receive our payment.

P.S. I've also heard that if we are on SSI and/or SSDI, that our check will be automatically deposited into our account just like our checks are deposited each month. Is this the correct info, even if we didn't file taxes for 2018-2019? I haven't filed since I was put on SSI/SSDI in 2009. Im confused. Thank you again, for your time.

I haven't filed taxes since 2013-14 because now unable to work because when I tried to go back to work my condition got much, much worse. I only get federal assistance which isn't much. I'm pending social security. I filed out the proper form and entered my savings account information so I can get my stimulus check direct deposit. Not only did your free portal reject it so did the IRS one. I'm curious if it's because my identity was stolen a few years ago and bc I wasn't sent a code and just made one up is that why it was rejected?? I need my stimulus check asap I'm behind 2 months on bills that federal assistance and my moms ashes etc she passed away April 1st. These things aren't paid for by the little federal assistance I get. Churches won't help non members at all sadly. I don't want to mess out on getting my check. Help!!
