Why was my stimulus rejected

How can I talk with a Turbo Tax Specialist. If a fee is needed please advise

I have filed both 2018 and 2019 taxes. My Social Security check is automatically deposited into my checking acct. Did not receive my stimulus check. When inquiring my social security number is rejected. Tried putting in over 4 times my social security number but it keeps rejecting it so I cannot see what my status is. Help

I've been a client with turbo tax for years. And the IRS will not use the card that turbo tax gave me they rejected it and this  is what it said.We scheduled your check to be mailed on April 24, 2020 to the address we have on file for you.why are they mailing it when I have a card on file everybody else is getting there money that deal with TurboTax by direct deposit.this is crazy

i also have a turbo card and im being told i need to put bank information but when i try it says there is an error and they cant help me. Wont be using the turbocard ever again.

To Whom It May Concern, 

I am on disability, so I receive SSI and SSDI. I also have custody of my 16 year old grandson Cameron C. Cayton and have had since he was born on 3-19-04; Cameron has a very critical heart disease, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome which means he was born without the left side of his heart and has had 3 open heart surgeries already and all by the age of 2 yrs old. He is also on disability and has been since birth. I filled out the stimulus registration for him and I on Turbo Tax Intuit for us both, so i could get our payment by direct deposit (i provided my routing and checking account numbers) and it was rejected. Could you please explain to me why it was and what I need to do in order to receive our payment.

P.S. I've also heard that if we are on SSI and/or SSDI, that our check will be automatically deposited into our account just like our checks are deposited each month. Is this the correct info, even if we didn't file taxes for 2018-2019? I haven't filed since I was put on SSI/SSDI in 2009. Im confused. Thank you again, for your time.

When I called the treasury they said my stimulus came on my turbo card but then sent back this is frustrating what do I do

How do you all know it was rejected. Since it appears they answer from an autobot type service... to anyone here who hasnt gotten a check like myself....Unfortunately anyone who used turbo tax and deducted filing fees from their refund instead of paying by credit card we get a paper check.. even if our returns were direct deposit the IRS wont see our bank account. Bank accounts are on file with Santa Barbara bank who deducted the filing fees from our returns then deposited the refunds. Same goes for those who took a refund Advanced loan. 

Now I provided my info to the IRS when I did not get my stimulus deposit. I was told it would be deposited amd a date will be given. However 4 days later it now says I'm getting a check on the 24th. It appears that even when you update your information it's still not working if we have this turbotax card. My kids father got his on a paypal card no problem but those of us with a turbotax card seem to be having issues. I'd like to know why I am getting a check and it's now too late to fix.

But ma'am the issue we are having is that direct deposit to turbotax cards are being rejected. Or in other words it appears to me that those of us who received a refund in 2019 on a turbo tax visa card did not get our stimulus money on the card. Instead we are getting checks mailed on friday and I personally updated my information on the get my payment site.

What you also havent explained to some is that ....if we got direct deposit and used turbotax had filing fees and  chose to pay the fees from our refund vs a card they cant get a direct deposit of their stimulus money. They will get a check bc of Santa Barbara bank. You need to explain that to some of these people who probably did not know bc they did not receive stimulus checks in 2008 like I did. I was aware of this issue from back then. But I dont see why your card is rejecting stimulus money

i have a question so i did file 2018 return and 2019 but my 2019 was rejected due to someone else filing so turbotax suggested i file a 1040x which i did but im curious if this will delay the economic impact payment
