Try making sure the address on the page is exactly as it appears on your W2 or on your credit/debit card, if you had to use one. Hope this helps.... 🙂

TurboTax sent me this notification today: "Early Filing Now AvailableFile your taxes quickly and easily. TurboTax will submit your return for you once the IRS opens.". So it seems you can file at this time, it just won't be accepted yet.
I am having the same issue where the final screen's "Confirm Payment" button does not yield any results when clicked on.
I am also having this same issue today.
As of 01/18/24, per the IRS website, they'll begin accepting returns on 01/29/2024.
Per TurboTax, "Early Filing Now Available: File your taxes quickly and easily. TurboTax will submit your return for you once the IRS opens."

In my case, the second address line had a "2", as I live on the second floor of the house. I removed the "2", and all has now gone through!
I am having same issue. Federal and state finished and at end clinking on submit and nothing happend

Maybe you are waiting for some forms. Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.
Many federal and state forms are not yet available. Check here for form availability. The dates are subject to change.
No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29. And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.

im having the exact same issue. confirm payment not working. ive used multiple devices and browsers. im not missing any info on state or federal.
