Why can't I get past the confirm payment page?

i have a different address tan ast years return.  but, i updated that on te specific page thsat asked for updated address.  there are no forms im missing

Does the address you entered on your 2023 tax return match the address on your method of payment?

This is the answer, make sure your address matches exactly like your personal information page. I was missing the # sign in front of my unit number. That kept me from confirming payment.

I just called and depending on what state you are in you cannot file until 1/29/24.  I was told to try back then.

Verify address info as instructed above. If need, move address line 2 info to address line one like traditional one line address.

I am using my credit card to pay for my sons TT fee, so his address is obviously different from my billing address. What should I do?

No. It can’t, as the billing address for the card is not the same as the address on the filing. I am filing for my son, and paying the Turbo Tax Fee. It also doesn’t work using Apple Pay.

Try using 123 Main St as the address, but leave the city, state, and zip as is.
