I THINK I WAS OVERCHARGED, WHERE DO I FIND THE BILLING PAGE?

Using the TurboTax online editions -

Click on File on the left side of the online program screen. On Step 1, click on Revisit. Your Order Summary will be displayed.

Or you can view your fees using this procedure -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.

Click on Tools

Click on My Fees

I believe I have been charged twice for submitting my state income tax.

Once on: TTDCA261951301

And again on: TTDCA261942796

I believe this happened because I backed out of my tax return to correct my tax return.

I was charged two amounts after filing. One was from CA for $125.38 (my expected charges) the other was for $89.95 from NC. Why two fees? was I scammed?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
