What is this error “Form N-11: Interest Expense calculation updates have not been completed. Check back after January 19” ?

my 166$ turbo tax deluxe experts dont even know. (4 of them). I think its a software issue and turbo tax really needs to fix it.

It is Feb 1 and this is NOT fixed. Tried two other browsers. Consulted Turbo Tax expert twice.

They told me to call the state tax office 😂

I was able to delete my state return  and electronically submit just the Fed. I will revisit the state when it’s fix (don’t hold your breath)

Same. I also paid for the deluxe. 
The expert said to check the next day, I checked the next day and it wasn't updated. 

I've been checking everyday to see if it's been resolved and have yet to get a response or help.

I read on one thread that Hawaii is not able to accept efile returns yet. If that is so, please fix the error code to reflect that fact and quit BS’ing around and give a reasonable date for when it will be fixed. I cannot find anything on Hawaii websiite

hawaii is accepting efile returns... just not one with Mortgage interest.. still get that error.. Waste money trying to talk to an paid expert, they have not clue as to what is going on.
