TurboTax has a 800 phone number, but it's not free internationally, and some countries don't allow folks to call an 800 number in the USA.   If your country allows it, we can give you more info.

why cant you do anything or contact any people involved with turbo tax i've been a customer for ten years never needed help I do now but haven't been able to find a way to talk to costumer service or no one there always closed it most be time to find new company turbo tax is the worst company to get a hold of I have ever delt with

TurboTax Customer Support is open 16 hours/day this time of year.  They are indeed busy and hard to reach.  Early AM is likely best.

Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

What does "our" specialists mean in this context?  Is that a Turbo specialist or a Turbo alumane specialist?  Turbo only used AI robots; they don't have human support like they claim unless you pay them extra and still may not get the help you are looking for or need to complete your return.

I have tried to get a human too.  Nope, just robot programmed by stupid AI robots programmed by even stupider techies who make big bucks coding these stupid AI robots to drive you crazy after they take your money.  It's like casinos making sure the house always wins.  Suckers will be suckers and keep playing thinking their slot machine is the lucky one and just needs another nickle.  No thumbs up for you.  I am blocked for giving thumbs up for posts like yours that tell the truth about Turbo.

Why don't AI programmed robots work all hours?  The pay is the same and they don't need to rest like humans do.

Humans need to get paid.  Robots don't.  Therefore, you can only get a human if you put a lot of nickles in the parking meter,  and if that doesn't work, pay some more and if that doesn't work, put a bag over the parking meter and warn others it's broken.  You will still probably get a ticket but that's the price of being unlucky enough to get a broken parking meter instead of one that merely takes your money and shortens the time so you think you have longer but the timer is programmed to make you think that, so you get a ticket anyway and the city has just got more of your money to buy more sophisticated digital meters programmed to make more money for the company that makes and programs the parking meters and the psychology major who advises the AI engineers on how to get the most amount of money out of you in the shortest time because you are short on time and they know you can do nothing to robots who cheat you.   Clever, eh?
