In this public forum, we do not have direct access to your account, so we are not able to text you any information.

As stated by TurboTax Expert:  To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  Try using your phone number since you can no longer access your email address.   If the phone number doesn't work, I've provided a different method at the bottom of this post.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser's Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number, and since you can't access the same email address,  here's another method:

Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

My AGI of $101,595 listed on Line 8b of my 2019 return is exactly the same as I listed for my previous years AGI in my current filing. Not sure what the problem is but I did not file electronically last year. Could that be the issue or what do I have to do now?? Thanks. M. Earl Hill

@gladearl43  Yes if you mailed your return the AGI might not be in the right IRS database.  Try entering 0 for the AGI to efile 2020.

Downloaded the file but my Mac can't open it

After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return .tax file is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW).
