This does NOT work. The problem is that the Activation window comes up (eventually), but does not allow us to enter the license code.
By the way, your support is very frustrating! I have been trying for 2 days to get Turbo Tax to work.

TT window won't let me key in the license key!
The pointer or mouse cannot be moved or/and placed into the License code box to enter the key!
I re-installed it, removed the product, re-installed it, checked Windows 10 updates, etc. more than 5 times and is is still acting the same. TT wanted to run updates, and then entering license key to activate it!
This is the latest Windows 10 with i7 CPU and 16G HP PC. New from the last Christmas.

COULD NOT AGREE MORE. Very frustrating HOWEVER I found that if I leave the mouse pointer in the window for the license code and “blindly” and carefully type the license code (it doesn’t show the typing) then select the button on bottom right (activate , I believe) it does work. I did not find ANY of the TurboTax help to be any assistance
The screen code is blank after installation.
How can I enter the code when the box is blank?

The activation box for me is blank. no lines or whatsoever...

I can’t find my license code. I tried searching the turbotax notification but it wasn’t on it.
