E-filing for an original return had to be e-filed by October 15th. TurboTax's e-file system is shutdown for the season. You would need to mail in your returns. Make sure you sign your returns before you mail them & you should mail them so you can track them to make sure they reached the IRS & State.
You paid for the TurboTax program, you can still file by mail. If you have any taxes due, you will need to enclose a check or money with your return, or you can mail in your return & then go to the IRS website or State website to pay taxes owed online.
If you used the CD software & paid the fee to e-file a State return, you can contact TurboTax support for a refund of the State e-file cost. Do not use the word refund in the box that asks how can they help you, enter billings or something like that.
@edwells1977 You are posting on an old thread. No one here can see your tax return. You might want to start your own post so someone in this forum can help you. You can also contact a TurboTax Live Expert to help you with your taxes.
@Efrenworks this is a user to user forum, no one here would know if your taxes were filled out correctly. The post just above yours gives you a link to contact a Expert Live. They can look over your tax return.
