Purchased turbo tax cd but now need download version

We buy the CDs so we can put them on two computers.  I installed TT Business on computer 1 using an external CD reader.  When I went to install Home and Business it would not install because a previous install of the install driver was already in memory (from the Business install).  To make sure it was not my reader I installed the CD Home and Business on computer 2 and used the 16 digit code.  Now I would like to download the Home and Business onto computer 1 but when I go to the cloud it tells me that the code has already been used (for computer 2).  I know I can put this on up to 5 devices.  How can I get the cloud version pushed to computer 1?  I used the exact same process last year and had no problem. Thank you

You can download your TurboTax CD online by following the instructions to download the software below:

1. Go to installturbotax.com.
2. Set up a TurboTax account if you don't already have one. If you do, sign in. (If you don’t remember your credentials, you can walk through our Account Recovery page to see if you already have an account.)
3. Enter your license code in the pop-up window.
   • It’s a 16-character combination of letters and numbers (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that can be found on your CD box insert, envelope, or packing slip. (Note: The 2019 product has a 14-character code that looks like this: XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)
4. Select your operating system, and select Get Download.
5. Download your software and install.
   • When you get to the Your product is installed, now let's activate it screen, enter your license code in the License code box, and select Continue to complete installation.
