Oh so line 30 should have been only for the 1200 you didn't get. So they should have just deducted the 600 from your refund. What was your federal refund on line 35a? Federal and state come separately.
Unless the IRS thinks they sent you the 1200 too. If they thought you didn't qualify for the first one then they wouldn't have sent you the second one either. So I'm thinking they sent you the first 1200 too.
Maybe it went to an account you don't remember. Or you got a check or a card. It was probably easy to miss the debit card in the mail and think it was junk mail. They have to put a trace on it.

I am trying to contact a specialist about my 2020 refund. I did not receive my federal refund. I spent $244 on TurboTax to complete my taxes and I did not get my full refund. I will like a refund for the $244. I could’ve done it myself for FREE!
You will need to contact the IRS regarding your 2020 refund. Please see How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)? for more information, including the IRS phone number and hours of operation. You may want to try calling right when they open since they have been very busy throughout the day.
Since you have already paid, please feel free to contact Customer Support so they can assist you. If you inquire about a refund for the product, you will want to use the keywords billing issues when you call so you get to the right person.
I am trying to wrap up filing my taxes but it is not accepting my my vanilla credit card. Why? Please help asap because I have homework that is due today please hurry.
You will need to contact our phone support team regarding any billing discrepancies. We are unable to assist with that in this public forum. Contact details can be found here @KIP4God4.

TurboTax made an error on my tax return. I can't get the information on how to talk to a customer service agent.
I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and have never had a problem like this. I'm very disappointed.
