Many returns are rejected because there was an issue with last year's AGI. Try entering "0" for your 2019 AGI and see if that fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, follow these instructions:

why are we receiving the message with no error code through TurboTax when it was accepted by IRS? There were no errors through your software when we transmitted but when I updated it said that I had entered a "0" when I should have entered a blank.
Can you tell us if there is a rejection message mentioned? Is this a state rejection and if so, what state?
I was attempting to efile my state taxes and thought i was only filing state not federal. I got a rejected code: IND-515-01. I already filed my federal return months ago so i understand the reject code. It was a mistake because i thought i was only efiling state. So, i selected in the program to print and mail the federal so i could efile the state return. I go through all of the steps to mail the federal return (again, federal return has been filed and accepted months ago) but every time i finish out and go back to the dashboard to efile the state return, the same error code is there like i didnt print to mail the federal return.
Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program? Try saying to efile Federal again. Fed should reject but state should still go though. You can only efile state if the federal was accepted from the same account.
I did a little digging. I think that even though the federal return has already been filed and processed, i cant do the state return by itself. i think i just have to mail it in...it just seems confusing so i hope i do it correctly

MY FORM WAS REJECTED BY IRS BECAUSE DATE OF BIRTH DONT MATCH. I BELIEVE ITS CORRECT ON MY FORM BUT I CANNOT GET TO THE AREA TO CHECK. WHERE ON THE FORM CAN IT BE CORRECTED IF ITS INCORRECT? HOW CAN I CORRECT IT AND RESEND E-FILE? I DONT WANT TO MAIL IT!!
The Date of Birth for everyone on your return is shown in the MY INFO section.
You can open your return in TurboTax and go to this section to verify birthdates.
The IRS looks at the birth year, your SS# and the first 4 letters of your last name compared against the SS administration records.

I received an e-mail that my return was rejected for an AGI issue, but my Turbo Tax Deluxe still shows the status as pending. I filed Saturday, it still hasn't changed. How can I fix this?

I have some bitcoin...form thinks I have a business I don't leave alot of data blank doesnt like that ...I can't File electronically because of errors...had to print it out...might have to mail it out.
