I too paid for audit assistance and although the case was started I have been unable to get an update in a month. I send emails. I call and leave messages. Nothing. Huge Ripoff!

• Available through MAX Defend and Restore (TurboTax Online) or as a standalone service (TurboTax desktop software).
• Must be purchased when you file your taxes.
