I pay for the QB Self Employed TT Self Employed bundle. I went to start my 2021 return, and it shows that TT Self Employed is $98 rather than $0. How do I fix this?

Trying to figure out how I can ensure the $0 federal filing is applied to my account.

Your accounts must be connected for this to work. This means you log into QuickBooks Self-Employed and either TurboTax Self-Employed or TurboTax Live Self-Employed with the same sign in credentials.

Thanks for the quick reply, @Critter-3 ! My accounts are connected and I'm logging in with the same username/password as I use to access both QB SE and TT SE. However, it's still showing me that TT SE will have a cost associated with it.

I called support this morning, and they were not able to provide any helpful information, unfortunately.

If this is still an issue when you can access the FILE tab step 1  later then call them again.

Unfortunatley, I still have not been able to resolve this. I'm interacting with a QB employee I believe on the QB community forum, so let's see if that helps.
