I cannot download 2019 tax software. I've tried calling support but cannot reach a live person to help with this issue. The automated system doesn't understand my issue.

Are you trying to download it to a computer that meets the system requirements?   You cannot use the CD/download on any sort of mobile device---only a full PC or Mac.

I'm trying to download to my laptop (2019 MacBoook Pro). But there is no option or download load link to do that. I see the section that it would be in but there is no link to download.

Sign onto your download account with the same User ID and password used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

I've already tried that. Am I not explaining clearly? There is not link available on that page. See attached screenshot for what I see.

That shows you used the Online version to do your 2019 return. Not the Desktop installed program.   When did you buy 2019 program?  Are you trying to buy it now like to finish or amend your online return?

Or you have another account you bought it from.  It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
