My e-filed federal 1040 has been rejected numerous times. Everything checks out correctly each time I attempt to re-file electronically. I would like to talk directly with TurboTax experts how to get around this repeated blockage. Archie

Have you tried using zero as the AGI?
Hi I filed my 2021 taxes on Jan 27th. 2022. ..I had two different w2 forms filed one with turbo tax first then after the second w2 with cash app...I didn't realize I couldn't do that and should of combined both together on one site..well after I filed the sec w2 form with cash app and came to the end it excepted and the IRS e mailed me saying we fixed the problem and accepted it thru cash app...but turbo tax rejected the w2 I filed with thru them...and also I claimed my mother as a dependent like I always do every Year but the IRS had to fix that error also...so it said accepted and approved thru cash app after they fixed the errors but rejected turbo tax filing and now I'm confused about do I fix the problem on turbo tax and is it what I need to do next or did the IRS accually approve and accept my tax refund....? I tried on turbo tax can't figure out what to do next need help before the 18th of April ty Jaime please respond back
First check to see what your e-file status shows. If it shows rejected, then you will need to follow the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below, on how to correct your return and resubmit. To fix your rejected return, first find your rejection code—it indicates the reason your return was rejected. The code is in the email you received and in TurboTax after selecting Fix my return.
How do I fix a rejected return?
@Jbizz510 If your first W2 return was Accepted from Cash App or somewhere, THEN you have to file an AMENDED 1040X return to fix it and add the missing info. Go back to Cash App and see if you can amend there.
Even though you filed with Turbo Tax first, it sounds like the Cash App return got accepted first. That's why Turbo Tax is rejecting. You can only file 1 return.
