If you have a billing issue, you need to speak directly to the folks at TurboTax Support. They don't commonly provide a refund for Online TurboTax They often say that continuing to pay after the charges are presented indicates acceptance of the terms. But if you want to plead your best case and see if you can convince them, it can't hurt to try.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

If you already prepared a tax return and tried to e-file it, you will not be able to get a refund. You either need to fix the return and re-file it, or print, sign and mail it. They do not give refunds when you have fully prepared the return and are capable of filing it. You will have to work out the issue with the uncle and his card on your own.
You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected.
Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed. Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead. What is the rejection code or rejection message?
If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2020 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2020 AGI might not be in the IRS system. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
In my email this morning was an order for Turbotax. When I printed the receipt I noticed the Turbotax product was for 2021. I believe the next program should be 2022. Therefore, I wish to cancel order #QSTCA170058730, for tax year 2021.

Right 2021. The 2022 program doesn't come out until mid November. Online 2022 will open in December. Ask for a refund.

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product. Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.
