So that we can better assist you, can you please provide the specific message you're receiving when trying to complete your e-file?
The question was "How did you file last year". However, due to the fact that it indicated that I tried unsuccessfully to e-file with TurboTax. I did file successfully and have the printed form to prove it. All of the possible answers are incorrect. Therefore, the only way I can continue to e-file is to say I filed with some other company.
Since you paper filed last year, you may need to enter zero for your AGI. Please see the help article posted below for assistance and please reach back out here if that does not resolve your issue:
