Getting blank screen when going to enter SSA 1099 info in step by step

I am in the personal income section and trying to enter SSA 1099 info and every time I click on the button to go to the data enter section I get a blank screen.  I am also having trouble when I complete a subject the software does not return to the next step I have to start over after I complete each section of personal income.  Is my software corrupt or is this and issue with the software than needs to be corrected.  Thanks

This may have been a temporary issue.  Please do try again.

If it happens again and you are using TurboTax Online, the most likely reason for buttons that don't work or not being able to enter information is that something in the web browser is not displaying the page properly. The easiest way around this is to simply use a different web browser.  You can select from Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and more.  If you need to install another browser, be sure to go to the trusted home site for the software for security reasons. Or you can clear the cache and cookies in your current browser.

If you are using the Turbo Mobile App, try opening Turbo Tax in the browser window on your phone.  It will use the same login information but may display the page better.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please check to see if there are updates for the software.

Thank you, I am using the desktop version and there were no updates available when I sent my question, but when I started the program today there was an update available.  I did the update and it did fix the problems.

Can't put our SSA1099 into our 1040. We have a CD TurboTax

Try searching for 1099-SSA and then click on "Jump to" and it will take you to the correct screen for entering the 1099-SSA.

Depending on whether you are using Turbo Tax Online or Desktop, try using a different browser, clearing cache , deleting cookies or check for updates. Have you reviewed this FAQ provided above? @henri3.

I am having the exact same issue on Turbotax Deluxe 2024 Desktop version. The step by step guide is not working. It goes to a completely blank screen, where I have to navigate manually to forms. This is not the way Turbotax worked in the past! I can replicate the issue by clicking on "Deductions & Credits", then "Update", and it goes to a blank screen. I also get the same blank when I click on "Wages & Income", then "Interest on 1099-INT". 

I have checked for updates, and it is up to date. This is very frustrating.
