download turbotax 2023

Got an email stating program was available for download.  Have order number, code, and credit card charge.  Unable to download.  Spent 45 minutes on phone with TurboTax help to no avail.

Then asked for a refund and website would not accept request.  What is going on?

Please provide more details. Why, exactly, are you unable to download? What is preventing you from doing so?

I don't know why.  I am signed in obviously.  The charge appeared on my credit card this AM.  I have the order number and security code.  My home page on TurboTax shows the order but says I have no downloads.  All appears correct with sign in and info.  Spent 45 minutes on phone with well meaning gentleman 2 days ago with no answer.  Have used TurboTax for 15+ years and never have had a problem even remotely like this.

If you do not see your 2023 download, you will probably have to contact Support (again).

The download is broken for me on Friday when you are all on holiday.  Note that on my downloads page, the 2021 and 2022 links work perfectly.  But specifically, the 2023 link is broken with this error message when I click (bad certificate):

The webpage at https://downloads.ecom.intuit.com/23tax/Windows_PC_TurboTax_Download.exe?intuit_token=st=[phone numb... the hmac in case this has my password encoded)&extension=.exe might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

When I check your certificate for  your web site, it is broken.  I can't tell if it has expired, or revoked (added to the CRL list), or if a host is not matching.  You need to get one of your web site support people to log back in on the holiday (really?) and fix the cert.  Thanks, Mike

Don't know where you are seeing a holiday issue with TurboTax since there is no holiday on 11/10/2023.

When I called that support number and another support number I found on the Intuit site, both said today was a Holiday and staff would be available again on Monday.  I realize Veteran's Day is over the weekend so I guess that's why today is a Holiday, at least for the staff that mans the phones.  Mike
