How do i sign up for turbotax advantage

unable to sign up for it in the app. Sends me to webpage to sign up for TTadvantage sign up form. I already have a TT account as indicated by the form when I put in my USER ID and it tells me user id already taken. If I choose to just sign in to me account I am signed in and sent to my account details page not the sign up for tt advantage page.

That sign up link redirects to TURBO TAX MAIN PAGE for me. Not Turbo tax advantage sign up!!!

  Do NOT click on the SIGN UP button! That will just send you to the dead end I described above. Then click on SIGN IN button. That will then send you to  product page where  you can buy/ sign up for the TURBOTAX Advantage product you want.

Can't sign in for three days on TT premier  advantage.  Need to talk to specialist!
