I am a first time user. I was ready to finish filing my Fed taxes when asked to submit a verification code sent to my e-mail at 9:05PM EST. I still have not received the verification code and that was over 1/2 hour ago. I did receive the receipt for my payment for turbo tax. When am I going to receive the verification code so I can finish up?

You should receive it fairly quickly (a minute or 2), but it might take up to 5 minutes after you request the code. Be sure you check your email's spam and junk folders in case it ended up there.
Be sure you are using the correct email address. Check the email address you show in your Intuit Account settings, or try a different one if you have another email address. To do that, go to the left menu column and click on Intuit Account, and review your settings.

NOTE: Be sure that when you go to get the code in your email that you leave the window open that originally asked for the code. i.e., use a second tab or a second window to check your email.

@6469Sue- What is your question? If you didn't finish Efiling or it rejected it is too late to efile now. You have to print and mail it. The Turbo Tax fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.
I have used TT for years. Last year and this year I got a notice to update payment. Last year I was successful in speaking to a live person and fixed it, now I still get the notice because I apparently have another inside account. I need to talk to someone.

I have recently replaced my seagate backup drive. I see my turbotax files from 2015 thru 2019 but the ones I've tried to pull up do not have the data on the forms. Only the prefilled stuff. Also, it is my understanding that they should he in my documents folder. I saw them there at one point but now see them in my "personal file" folder on my desktop. When I open that I can't open any of the years returns. Please help me to find a filed copy of my 2019 return.
The issue is that we pay them monthly fees to provide a service. Giving contact info that doesn't allow us to contact is fraudulent. People have security blocks appearing on their accounts, keeping them from paying Bill's. Automated services aren't sufficient.
