You can cancel your TurboTax Advantage enrollment and TurboTax 2013 product order anytime before October 20, 2013 by following these instructions:
- Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.
- Under the Your Product heading, select Remove Product.
- Repeat this step for any other tax year 2013 products you wish to cancel.
- After you have removed all of your product choices, your TurboTax Advantage subscription will also be canceled automatically.
Note: If you missed the October 20 cancellation deadline, please wait until you receive your TurboTax product. Then simply click here to submit your refund request online within 60 days of receipt.
What if I canceled my enrollment accidentally?
If you accidentally cancel your enrollment, you can easily subscribe to TurboTax Advantage again. Click here for information on enrolling in TurboTax Advantage.
As long as you re-enroll before August 15, your TurboTax Advantage subscription will apply to this year and you will automatically receive TurboTax 2013.
However, if you enroll (or re-enroll) in TurboTax Advantage after August 15, your enrollment will apply to next year which means you will automatically receive TurboTax 2014. To get TurboTax 2013, you would need to place a separate order.
