I still haven't haven't received my in income now I'm behind on my bill I need my money TurboTax:(😠
Do you mean your income tax Refund?
When did you efile? Was your return Accepted? You can check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?

You may need to speak to the IRS and possibly the Taxpayer Advocate Service. But you need to answer all of the following questions first:
Did you efile, or did you print, sign, and mail the return? If you efiled, double-check with this tool to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted:
https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp
If that showed it was accepted (or if you mailed the return), what do you see at the IRS website below for the status of your Federal refund?
NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund. The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 20a.
If that IRS tool shows that the refund has been sent, but you never received it, report back for more info.
If the IRS tool says it is still "being processed", we can tell you how to speak to a live agent at the IRS to see if they can tell you anything about the delay, and also how to speak to the Taxpayer Advocate Service, if necessary. The Taxpayer Advocate Service is especially prone to help if there is a financial hardship.
Would you please be so gracious in telling us how to reach a live person? I have tried every number possible and they are all automated. I just need to know what is taking them so long to get them processed. Thank you kindly.
Please refer to the long post by mesquitebean above.
Note, however, that this post is old, so it is possible that things have changed. "June 7" is the date it was migrated form the old system, not the date that all these posts were made.

This is a thread originally from 2018. Here's current info. We don't know anything about "your" situation, so I'm going to give you the whole spiel, including the steps to reach a live IRS agent.
First, if you efiled, double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.
If that showed it was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to monitor the status of your Federal refund.
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.
If the IRS tool says it is still being processed, and if it's been longer than 21 days since an efiled return was accepted, here's how to reach a live IRS agent to inquire about the delay:
800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.

@Staker24 In most cases, once the IRS has accepted your return (or you've already mailed it), there's not much you can do.
If the info you provided is for a closed or invalid account, the government will mail you a refund check. Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for more information:
What if I entered the wrong bank account for direct deposit?
Need to know how long it takes to get a refund back please and I'm talking about myself.
