I am looking to list on a worksheet capital gains and capital losses on various stock investments to decide my best options.

Can  you direct me to appropriate forms or worksheet to do this, and have them listed on Schedule D

I am using TT 2022 in download form.

just need to know if I can input stock buys and sells in a worksheet  somewhere on TT Deluxe.

dont want to file this data yet, just doing a "what if" for stock buys and sells to pay the less tax.

perhaps you might know some other expert I can direct this question to.

I see a form for schedule D and form 8949 to input stock buys and sells

If you have the Desktop installed program you can use the What-If worksheet or you can copy your return or start a new return test in.  Go up to File-Save As and give it another name.  

To find the What-If worksheet.  

Go to Forms Mode, click Forms in the upper right or on the left for Mac. Then click Open Forms box in the top of the column on the left. Open the US listing of forms and towards the bottom find the What-if worksheet. It's right under Estimated Taxes.  

Or try…Go into Forms View. Once there, at the top of the left column, click on the icon for "Open Form". A popup window will appear. In the text line, type the word "what" without quotes. You should see "what-if worksheet" appear as a selection choice. Double-click it to launch the form.

i bought turbo tax delux, did my taxes, and now turbo tax won't let me print out my form and expects me to pay for turbo tax again. HUH. any solutions out there? Cannot find a phone number for customer service.
