You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.

Or do you mean an Online account?  You don't have to cancel online, just leave and abandon it.

@subway1024   What is your question?  Are you asking about doing a 2021 return or next year 2022?  Do you get the annual Desktop program and want to cancel next year's renewal?

I have received an e-mail from TurboTax saying they will charge me for a download I HAVE NOT ODERED on Nov 1to 3. and will not deliver until Nov 23.

How can they do this if I have not selected a product?

Apparently you requested the Advantage program to automatically send you the new software each year.

No one can remove the TT icon from your computer for you.  No one has access to your computer.  If you do not want to use TurboTax, that's fine, you do not have to.

If you downloaded the TT program and installed it on your computer   then to remove the ICON you need to uninstall the program ... no one on this public forum can do that for you.
