CD WAS INCERTED AND IT WONT INSTALL/DOWNLOAD SO UNABLE TO GET PROGRAM UP SO CANT TYPE IN LICENSE CODE.

I LOADED TURBO TAX ON MY COMPUTER WITH A CD PURCHASED AT SAMS CLUB.  I ENTERED THE LICENSE CODE WHEN I SET UP MY TAX FILE.  I'M READY TO FILE AND APPARENTLY NEED TO ENTER THE LICENSE CODE AGAIN, BUT THE SCREEN SEEMS TO BE FROZEN AND I AM UNABLE TO RECORD THE LICENSE CODE.  I LOGGED INTO MY INTUIT ACCOUNT, BUT IT WANTS ME TO PURCHASE TURBO TAX ONLINE.  

HOW CAN I FILE THE RETURN ELECTRONICALLY FROM MY COMPUTER WITH THE SAM'S CLUB LICENSE CODE?

I DID ENTER THE LICENSE CODE WHEN I INSTALLED THE CD ON MY LAPTOP.  NOW I AM READY TO FILE AND TURBOTAX WANTS THE LICENSE CODE AGAIN, BUT I AM UNABLE TO RECORD THE LICENSE CODE AT THE FILING REQUEST FOR THE CODE.
