I purchased a Turbo tax cd and license code. Where do I enter it?

the download keeps saying I have no downloads and a pink window pops up and says, "Whoops, looks like we're having a problem downloading your data".   Been going on for over 24 hours.  Please respond on this stream if you get help figuring it out.  Intuit/Turbo Tax tells me I have "several accounts"!  But can't seem to help me merge them and won't give me any information because I can't remember passwords from several years ago.

I don’t have a 14 digit code, just the 16 digit one.  And it doesn’t work

i purchassed a turbo tax cd from office max and i can't put the license code in the program for me to e file i need a phone number to contact turbo tax for help....any number would be helpful very upset in Cleveland OH. After loading Turbo tax 2020the activation screen is unresponsive. I have turned of firewall and allowed cookie popup.

Another user posted this fix.  See if it works for you -

• change your resolution to 800 x 600 (start>setting >system resolution. once it's been changed, your screen size will look very big. REMEMBER your initial resolution setting!
• launch TT and the activation screen should launch.  copy / paste in your activation code. you should get the 'all set' green check mark
• change your resolution back to what is was originally.
