Thanks for the quick reply, @Critter-3 ! My accounts are connected and I'm logging in with the same username/password as I use to access both QB SE and TT SE. However, it's still showing me that TT SE will have a cost associated with it.
I called support this morning, and they were not able to provide any helpful information, unfortunately.
If this is still an issue when you can access the FILE tab step 1 later then call them again.

Unfortunatley, I still have not been able to resolve this. I'm interacting with a QB employee I believe on the QB community forum, so let's see if that helps.
