Hello. I am having a difficult time getting professional help from an agent for turbotax. I recently paid for the deluxe package due to turbotax recommending that the upgrade was needed to file my taxes. I received a conformation number to my email with the day and time which is today as of jan 2nd but its not allowing me to continue because its saying i will need to pay again ???? I DID NOT RECEIVE A SERVICE NUMBER OR CODE ! Can an agent reach out to me so i will not have to spend another $40.. Thank you

Did you pay for the Online Deluxe version (which you are posting from) or the Desktop download Deluxe version?
if you are in the Online version you have also added on the Live expert help feature for a higher cost.
Somehow you upgraded to the LIVE expert help feature for higher cost. How to remove Turbo Tax Live. There are 2 different ways to remove Live depending on how you added it
