I PAID FOR DELUXE BUT ITS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT
Hello. I am having a difficult time getting professional help from an agent for turbotax. I recently paid for the deluxe package due to turbotax recommending that the upgrade was needed to file my taxes. I received a conformation number to my email with the day and time which is today as of jan 2nd but its not allowing me to continue because its saying i will need to pay again ???? I DID NOT RECEIVE A SERVICE NUMBER OR CODE ! Can an agent reach out to me so i will not have to spend another $40.. Thank you
