FAQ: How do I find last year's AGI?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/00/25947
If you used Online TurboTax last year, log in, and at the Tax Home scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Expand that section and choose tax year 2018. Then look for a link "Download/print the PDF" or "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"
If you're not able to find the 2018 online return in that same account you're using for 2019, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
I filed with you in2018 and I'm having trouble finding it
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

No one can provide your 2018 AGI, but we can tell you various ways to look for it. If you can't find your 2018 Online TurboTax return, I've also left the steps below to look for multiple accounts to find your 2018 return. Another option would be download a free 2018 return transcript at the IRS website.
FAQ: How do I find last year's AGI?

If you can't find your 2018 return there, then you likely have multiple accounts and signed into the wrong one. Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it. Here's how to troubleshoot for multiple accounts (User IDs) :
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.
To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below. When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
i am trying to do my taxes with turbo tax again this year but i seem to be having a big problem.
I done everything it says to do but it's not working. I requested a payment plan and done what it said to
do and i put down how much a month i could pay and the date, when i go and send to have it sent it keep saying that there is a little issue that need to be corrected. It sends me to the page to fix or correct but still wont let me do anything. I need help. I also have a copy of my 2018 tax copy from the irs, because it said that they need the AGI from my 2018 transcript i got from the irs. but it says there is a little problem. So what do i do. I have even put in my bank account number along with the routing number but still wont let me send.

If you prepared your 2018 return online but when you log into your account, you don't find evidence of a 2018 return in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", you likely have multiple accounts. I need my ago for 2018
You need your 2018 AGI to efile 2019. The AGI is on 2018 1040 line 7. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

Which turbo tax app can I get my 2018 agi

The 2018 AGI is on the 2018 Federal tax return you filed Form 1040 Line 7
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
i filed with turbo tax and need my AGI. i filed with a differnt tax company.
@nezperce beauty Not sure what you are trying to say----you filed with TurboTax but you filed with a different tax company? Huh?
No matter what---or where you filed your return---your 2018 AGI is on your 2018 Form 1040. So wherever that is....
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947
Your 2018 tax return shows your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Form 1040 line 7
If entering the amount from your 2018 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead. If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
You can get a free transcript of your past return from the IRS:
