Same problem, im getting rejection due to AGI which i have the correct amount. Last year we filed by mail this year efile?? but keep saying AGI doesn't match with IRS. Called Turbo customer service i was told to put zero as my AGI the more it doesn't match with the IRS and that would lead me to paper next thing i got an email she closed the case??

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
