Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records.  That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.

If you filed a prior year tax return and claimed the child as a dependent then look on that tax return for the SS number.

is there any way to get my child’s social security number? He already had one after he was born in Nyc 2007 but I lost it and I’m trying to get a passport for him but I don’t have his number. If they were dependent's on a prior year tax return, look at the return since their SS numbers would be on the return.
