It hides your Form 1040 from you, until you find the correct menu sequence.

BUT,

You won't be able to change 1040 directly,

you have to go through The Step-by-Step Interview. to prepare your tax return for filing.

@edgar cozadd   You enter all your 1099 forms and Social Security into Turbo Tax.  Turbo Tax fills out the 1040 for you.  You then efile the 1040 or print and mail it.
