I’m trying to contact a person with turbo tax. I was unauthorized charged in a my savings account. For service that was not done correctly by you. I will say that with out a authorization from me to charge my account is against the law and with me tell you this you have 36 hrs to contact me with a solution or I will have a civil lawsuit against you. But i am letting you know the ball is rolling over a few hundred dollars and it don’t matter to me if you did this to me there are a lot of other people out there that you also wrongfully charged.
