I need to get a refund from paying turbotax from doing my taxes. It was done wrong. Kept beeing denied so i went to different tax site and it went straight through so my taxes wasnt done by turbo tax. SO I NEED MY MONEY I PAID TO BE RETURNED TO THAT CARD

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

To whom it may concern,

I have talked to several representatives about my situation.  I was charged for self employment on my refund tax forms. I was told by the PA to send an email to justify my issue  about the $89.00  I was charged for sel employment.  I am not self employed.  And I am requesting a refund that was taken out of my Federal refund.  Please refund my payment along with my direct deposit return.
